A Twist of Faith Outreach is a Christ-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving individuals, families, and communities through our Community Health Ministry.
We provide resource navigation and community-based support that connect community members with trusted services promoting health, hope, stability, and well-being. We collaborate with churches, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, educational institutions, service providers, and community leaders to expand access to essential resources.
Through compassionate service and collaboration, we are building healthier communities through faith in action.

We provide one-on-one support to help individuals and families identify needs, access services, and connect with community resources. Community Outreach & Engagement
Through outreach initiatives, community events, and collaborative service opportunities, we meet people where they are, build relationships, and connect them to resources and support.

Through partnerships and resource sharing initiatives, we help increase access to essential items, supportive services, and community-based assistance that address immediate needs and strengthen overall well-being.

A Community of Practice for Collective Impact
Faith in Action (CoP) is a Community of Practice that connects faith-based organizations, nonprofits, healthcare providers, community leaders, and other partners who share a commitment to strengthening communities and improving community well-being.
Through collaboration, shared learning, resource exchange, and strategic partnerships, members work together to address community needs, strengthen organizations, and expand access to resources and services.
Together, we leverage our collective knowledge, expertise, and relationships to create sustainable solutions and build healthier communities through faith in action.
